Half way to recovery
In the last period both Monti and I tried to fight the inconveniences of bronchial catarrh thus training meant the performance of the exercises at the class and some "grease the groove" play. I was somewhat KO and am still far from perfect but put a cautious training on the agenda

1-2-3 clean-press-saw ladder @ 16 kg --- at this point I was overwhelmed by a cough attack and switched down the weight ---
3 x 1-2-3-4 clean-press-saw ladder @ 12 kg
3 x 5 goblet squat @ 12 kg
3 x 5-5 windmill @ 12 kg

Stretching
Half an hour yoga.
Hate being ill...
