System restart


The last weeks were revolving, unfortunately, not around the training but illness. Whereas all my training attempts ended up in bad cough attacks I was forced to „relax”. What shall I say? It felt very sad, I had really withdrawal symptoms, and of course I have weakened, as well. Thus the period of rehabilitation is following, cautiously and gradually. Starting with 12 kg, first only presses, TGU-variations, windmill and after having regained some force and quit coughing ballistics can roll on, too – cannot wait it!
