Training update II

Brett Jones. He is one of the VERY BESTS. I prepared for the instructor course based on his article, watch his DVD (Kettlebell Basics for Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers) again and again, usually read his blog and have the luck to exchange mails with him some times. He IS a fantastic RKC and man. Among others he too represents the opinion that the possibly utmost perfect internalization of the basics is most important. I decided to start the program proposed by him with the 20 kg KB cautiously.

Well… it will take some time to perform 3 sets properly :-)

Anyway, Monti get a bit annoyed why I did not play with her instead. The little dear requires not a little time and energy, particularly because due to the vaccination the quarantine is still holding on, thus we can outlet her energy only in the garden. As compensation I played with her all the evening on Wednesday. On Thursday she tolerated my training quite well thus we will meet the “victim” of yesterday’s private training in the garden next time.

During the weekend, relaxed I will try to perfect the press with the methods recommended by Doc. I am sure they will help a lot – his advices were always of gold value so far, too :-)

Further news: looks like having found the place where I will start a group from September :-) Details follow soon…
