Friday - Rest

Today is resting day, maybe with some yoga.
For the weekend I am planning press sessions, and hope for an advanced recovery of my left knee (I have to admit that I miss those ballistics :-)).

Rita, if you have access to a foam roller, try working the popliteal fossa (the back of your knee) with the foam roller keeping your leg locked out straight. Roll it about 10 cm above and below the knee joint. Then continue to do it with the toes pointing inward and then outward.

Dear Doc Cheng,

I tried it yesterday night and this morning and it works! It is not painless, yet, but I can move my knee much easier and the pain is less, too.
Thank you very much! I will go on and hopefully get rid of this problem very soon!
