I substituted Ervin and held the training for his group, based on the schedule received from him. It was a honor and I enjoyed it a lot – people worked hard and accepted me. For the last two workouts I joined them, too:
20-20 one-handed swing
15-15 high pull
12-12 clean
10-10 snatch
12-12 clean
15-15 high pull
20-20 one-handed swing
@12 kg, without a break.
Then with some rests in between:

We climbed the route Totenköpflsteig. It was hot. I never liked heat too much and yesterday night I felt quite dizzy, my pulse was irregular and had headache. Cold water helped. One has to be careful these days with the training, such heat can overload one’s organism quite badly.
